Possible a stupid question - Exhaust

As title, possibly a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway

Would an exhaust for a 35is physically fit a 23i?
Yes I appreciate that there is another branch to it, ignore that bit, would the flanges be the same where they mate up to the downpipes? :driving:

Not necessarily the answer you’re looking for but I have got a 35i exhaust mated to a 30i. It was done by PowerFlow Exhausts in Brighton but the point at which they mate is not at the standard flange, the pipe(s) were cut and welded together at a different point.

Why would you want to do that? Just get an aftermarket that’s designed for your car?
Easy, I want quad outlets with electronic controlled valves each side, not the standard twin outlet. Finding what I want, specifically for the 23i, is proving almost impossible, and when I do find something close, it's extortionately more expensive! I could have something custom made, and I might yet, just wanted to know if it was something off-the-shelf.

Thanks for that, something to note
