poly bushes

anyone know which set i would need to buy to tighten up the handling on my zed and how much i should expect to pay for a FULL set and fitting at a decent indy. cheers .

Powerflex or superpro bushes for the front wishbone rear bushes would be what you want (the ones in the 'lollipops'). Powerflex are ~£50, Superpro will be more.

Fitting i would estimate at 0.75hr per size provided they are competent and have a good press to remove your old bushes (the lollipops are usually bought whole from BMW but poly bushes re-use your old holders).

You ought to get your ball joints checked beforehand though to make sure they are ok. Many garages just replace the whole wishbone assembly with 3 series' etc.

thanks EdButler would i ideally need to have front AND rear as advertised in the link (parts 1,2,3 and 4 in the diagram)? is it better to do the whole car with the poly bushes rather than std rubber bushes on rear and poly on the front? or would i not notice any difference. TIA.
