Hi, i need to replace my 3rd brake light...

I can't decide whether i want to replace it with the original red light or the clear light.

Which option would you go for on a Sterling Grey Z4 (with the standard lights), thanks in advance for your help
 
IMO it depends on your rear lights: if they're standard with ambers I'd go red, if they're clear spots then clear.

Can anyone suggest where i can pick one of these up, thanks again...
 
On any combo of rear lights I'd go with clear. Blends much better into the boot lid than red on grey.

Dealer is the best place and in a strange twist clear are cheaper than red. Howeve if you go red, someone may have a spare from 'upgrading'.
 
Ok cool, just worried that the clear one looks a little "boy racerish"... then when i see it on the M i think it looks well
 
Just replaced mine with clear, far better than red imo, mine is sterling grey too ,see photo ref xmas gifts
 
As many of the guys suggest dependant on the colour of car , on any greyish colour looks great ,however I prefere red on mine

Voted red i did try a clear one on mine but felt it looked odd with the tailights being red i do like things to match plus the deep red against the Silver looks so nice.

The other thing that bothered me was the clear light did not sit flush like my red light
 
I had clear with orange spots rear for a while - looked great :D
