I still just stare at it. Even tho I have spent a fair bit to get it back up to show room quality, and still a bit to go...
How do you feel about yours?

3 options out of 5 open to make it a bit more fun.

Longest time I have owned any car ever ( and that's a lot of cars)

Sure I get itchy feet - but so far can't see anything that I would rather have ( that I can afford lol)

Here's to another 3 1/2 years

These always turned my head and been a fan
Ever since owning a z3 .
Finally decided to go get one after my e46 vert
Was showing it's age .
I got a low milage one full service history .
And loving the car , had a couple of probs
One sorted and one ongoing , a noise I can't
Quite get my head around . :headbang:
Best car I've owned so far .
Greg.
I access the forum of my phone hence the odd
Way it looks on the forum .

It's not a forever car for me but there's nothing else for the money I'd have instead. I want a Cayman but good ones after the IMS bearing problems are 2.5-3 times as much. Therefore, I've decided to spend just a few £k making the Zed better and be more appealing to keep for longer. Mine is a daily and I love the fact that every day I get to drive a fun car.

Never regretted buying mine. It does everything and more than I expected. So far so unforeseen expenses - just tyres and servicing.

Makes me smile. :) :) :)

On my second now and I still turn back to have a look once I've parked it. Thinking to my next car (that I can afford) there is nothing I can find that beats it in the looks department.

My previous Zed 3:0 SE auto was an absolute dream , loved it in every way , looks , speed , power , couldn't fault it . Spent a few quid on it to get it how I wanted but that was my choice . Engine ..perfect . I did think one day I might get an ///M but the price difference between mine and an ///M I really couldn't justify until this one came along .......
well , you know the story

Love mine, every day makes me smile.
Use it as the Daily so hopefully get the most use out of it as possible! Hope it will last me a long long time!

Always been disappointed with the interior trim (and lack of doubledin option) since the day i bought it.
The trim noise is the kicker for me, creaks and the likes irritate me, the hollow sounding doors and the like.

Fixed all of it (soundproofed the doors etc) bar one glass vs rubber type noise on the passenger side, lower the window an inch and it's golden, going try adjusting it next time it's dry with the under door screws along with doing a relocation of the hood motor i think.

Still think i should've held off for the correct 330/335 but lack of a car at the time had dragged on long enough

I consider myself very fortunate to drive the car I do - still can't quite believe it, I still look back at it every time, and getting back in it after a week as I did today never fails to put a smile on my face. I've had a Z for almost 5 years now, and my M for over two - no thoughts of changing at all.

It isn't a cheap experience, but I knew that getting into it and all thoughts of mileage, tax or petrol costs disappear when I climb in :driving:

Can't say I "bounce up & down " but ive had 4 great yrs of Zs & can only see more ahead
Ive had more expensive cars , ive had faster cars but for the mostpart all Zs offer decent all round performance , relatively cheap to maintain + run & bought wisely can offer depreciation free motoring :)
I also think they still look great no matter the model & there's also one for every budget so you can trade up or down  I don't see any downsides

this is my second bmw, first being a e36 evo which i loved, but that was many moons ago,
im a yank car guy (mopars especially) and been driving dodge's finest until my zed, and i get it.
I really get the z4 coupe, not so much the roadster as im not a soft top fan, but yes, i do get why we own these..

when i open my hood.... i bounce up and down with joy. no lie... always have , and then when that doesnt work anymore, ringing out 2/3rd gear will do it for me!!

15 months in and I still absolutely love it. I thought that I was the only sad git who looked back after parking :)
:D After a trip away I pick it up at Heathrow , onto the M4 and hit the hyperspace button (kick-down). Huge sh*t eating grin

No, thrilled we are leaving the EU and no regrets - oops, wrong poll?

Have been a Z4C owner for just over 2 years now, and I have to say I love them!

Another "turn round to look at it" voter, as the Z4C is just such a great shape! I'm not a weekly detailing fan and although Ruby Black looks fantastic when spotless (especially in strong sunlight), I think Montego Blue tends to stand out more of the time in the UK.

In April I replied to another forum member looking for a Coupe and ended up agreeing to sell to him - a few days later I realised what I had done so went and found another so in that context I may have had regrets, but then I still have one! :driving:
