Polisher

are you after a dual action polisher or a rotary? What kind of polish are you going to be using? eg filler heavy polishes or cutting compounds?

If you've never used a machine polisher before, you probably shouldn't get a rotary.

See this recent thread for some suggestions --> http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=35670

Yep, a rotary is only neccesary for correction work. But a da is safer for beginners and easier to use. Also da's can be used for correction aswell if necessary.
The DAS6 pro seems to be the most popular option.
