Please Confirm: Do e46 M3 S54 headers fit the e86 M S54?

I'm trying to go back to stock headers for my '06 Z4 M Coupe; located in California.

I haven't seen many Z4M-specific headers (manifolds) available, but have come across several e46 M3 headers for sale, and a few mentions of then being compatible with the Z4M. It also seems like aftermarket headers say they fit both cars. I'm trying to get some additional confirmation before I pull the trigger. Thanks.

The european E46 M3 headers are the same p/n as the Z4M for both LHD and RHD.
You can check it yourself, same parts in M3, M3 CSL, Z3M roadster and coupe:

However, for the USA version the Z4Ms to have a different part number than e46 m3 (they include pre-cats):

Thanks. If anything it gives me a little more evidence that they are interchangeable. But I wonder if the pre-cats are necessary to pass emissions since the M3 headers don't have them. Hmm...
