Pics and Fuel

Managed to get out in the sun today on a trip in Mid Wales so took some pics. Clocked the fuel consumption on a 160 mile round trip. 36.6mpg on the computer, 35.9mpg on the pump :)

Wasn't pushing it though, just taking it easy along the back roads.

Do you mean the highest or the lowest :lol: I can get it a lot lower than that :wink:

I got 42.2 on a 165 trip, and currently getting 29 on my normal commute damm

i only ever get 33mpg on mixed driving..... makes a mockery of the claimed mpg figures

BMW Z4 20i sDrive M Sport Auto 2.0 2dr 2012

Fuel consumption (urban) 31 mpg
Fuel consumption (extra urban) 51.4 mpg
Fuel consumption (combined) 41.5 mpg
 
I love the wheels too. They are 294s I believe. Think there have been some reports of cracking so will keep an eye out. The roads in Wales are fab. Those pics are just below Storey Arms on the A470, the high point in the Brecon Beacons.
 
I got an amazing 45 mpg on a cruise on the M1 this week in my sdrive 28. This was at a speed of 75-80 mph. Well pleased.

My normal mix of town/cruising gives me around 37 mpg.
 
I was getting almost 45mpg driving down thro Holland - Then it all went to hell in a handcart as soon as I crossed into Gemany :D

There again I bought the car for its performance - Fuel economy is just the icing on the cake!
 
Well your photos are really awesome. I like the nature beauty also. Its great
looking behind the car. Well why should we post the photos of our journeys

Took these when I got the X1 out in the snow. Just a few miles up the road. As I said, some fab roads down around the Principality if you like the views :)
