I have just purchased a silver 2003 Z4 E85.

I am thinking of putting wheels on them. This is what i had in mind:

Must be Matte Black
Must be Concave in
Must be Staggered
prefer to be Flush

Could you give me some advice in regards to the following:

1. What offset? Im thinking F 18x8.5 ET40 R 18x9.5 ET45

2. which one do you think is better? 18 or 19 wheels?

3. Could you point me in the right direction to some pictures so i can decide what type of wheels will go well with the car. at the moment im looking at something like this:

Any help or advice will be appreciated.

I'll be going for some Apex EC-7 wheels when I have some cash free next year. Quite a few options there so hope to get rid of the 12mm spacers on the OEM wheels and get some slightly wider wheels too.

Not looked deep enough yet to recommend ET values. I think there was a big group buy on zpost you might be able to find to see what others bought.

Take a look at THIS THREAD to get some ideas of styles.
If you want the wheels flush with the body you will need a lower offset something like et35
19s look better in my opinion although the ride is harder due to lower profile tyres. To compensate just ditch the runflats.

Thanks guys for the advice. So further down my search I am looking at these two wheels and tyres. Which one would you prefer and will they be sitting flush? (front and back?)

XXR-527 Wheels [$1900 wheels, tyres and transport to perth australia]

F 18 8.75 ET 35 tyre: 225-40
R 18 9.75 ET 20 tyre: 235-40

CSL wheels [$1900 wheels, tyres and transport to perth australia]

F 19 8.5 ET 38 tyre: 235-35
R 19 9.5 ET 38 tyre: 255-30

so here they are, could you also tell me what is the significance of having the same offset for front and back? also it seems this setup will stretch the tyres, is that bad?

please refer me to cheaper places to get these if you know of any, keep in mind im in Australia.
