Hi, thanks for previous advice,

I put it all to use and picked up my 53 3.0se with 108s (i think) in silver yesterday and love it :D :D :D

Off the mark there seems to be absolutley no loss of the power its producing, its fantastic. overtaking on the M'way needs half the required thinking as in the past as the pick up is emense :D
Definately drives better than anything Ive owned before.

I let my mate have a crack and after 5 mins of b road action he commented on the power delivery saying it suits the car perfectly and he asked if I would like to swap for a couple of months.

He drives a 550 with 360ish+bhp aswell. :thumbsup:

he asked if it had a srereo upgrade as it sounds pretty good but I couln't tell him as I dont have a clue is there a way of telling what system I have as there is no instruction manual with the car?

SUUNTOBOB great link but Ive not the skills to use it correctly yet. I
couldn't find the correct stereo/sat nac on there to compare.

Oh forgot to add spec,

E85 3.0 se auto with pop up satnav thingy and so far unconectable blue tooth with 6 cd changer and 8 speakers (is this many speakers std) The volume also adjusts with speed again no idea if this is std.
Electric roof with brand new motor :wink: and heated memory seats.
Wind deflector.
auto adjsusting xenon lights.
108 alloys on bridgestones. These were unmarked untill 2 mins after picking the car up when I was ran off the road by a 4x4 and kerbed the front left :headbang:
Silver kidneys ( Ithink that how you refer to the front grills)
And a big smile
 
Good work, sounds like a well specced car!

8 speakers isn't standard mate. 6 speakers is the standard spec. However if you have a speaker and sub behind the seats you will have a 10 speaker system, not 8 :wink:
 
Cheers for the welcome and thanks to SUUNTOBOB I have now seen the list of factory fitted extras and theres quite a few aswell :D

Thing is brings me to ask quite a few more Q's as I dont have the manuals, I'll post them in the relevet forum sections.
