Ok so I've managed to source a manual E85 3.0i SE and am just waiting for the current restrictions to be lifted so I can collect.

In the interim I am looking at possible modifications (minor only) and am currently focusing on the wheels.

At the moment it has the Style 103's which I understand were a standard option when new but I really fancy the Style 107's which I believe were available from new for an additional cost.

Can anyone give me a view on what I will likely have to pay for a set of 107's assuming they would need a refurb a new rubber? :thumbsup:

These are reasonable ball park figures but may be a little conservative. To give you an idea I sold a set needing a full refurb with spent tyres for £230 and had several offers the day they went on sale.
 
thats not bad... i sold a set in 9/10 condition with decent midrange tyres for £300 a little while back.
 
There's a set on the eBay for £279 + £59.99 postage.

Tyres? Probably £500. Don't skimp on the rubber.

It's also be a good time to get the calipers painted. £20 for paint probably.

You could put on some spacers front and back. £100 maybe.
