You can also get free online access to TIS via this link, the free access has just been closed but if you register as a BMW Affiliate you can log in and get free access. You need to leave feedback from the below link then you get an email with a link to register for free access.

Not anymore you can't, BMW made the owner take it down.

srhutch read the post again, since leaving feedback I had an email directing me to register as a BMW Affiliate and that granted me free access to TIS, follow the feedback instructions on the closed site page that is displayed on the link I posted.

Thanks for your replies I actually have a DVD with TIS/DIS/INPA, but unfortunately I no longer have a computer with a CD?DVD drive. So I thought a PDF manual might be the answer
