Passengers side vents won't blow hot air

A passenger pointed out to me the other day that all the vents on their side of the car, (including the top vent for demisting the windscreen) were blowing out cold air ... but the HVAC was set to blow warm, and it was blowing warm through the driver's side vents onto me.

I changed the cabin filter a few weeks ago so is it possible I may have knocked a flap or something while my arm was up in there?

Never really noticed it before until they pointed it out.
 
Final stage resistor (sometimes called the hedgehog) is a possible cause.

They create all sorts of issues from fan speed changing, random stop starting and different one temps

Search on the forum for threads

Aside that it could be anything from hot water supply not flowing fully to flaps not activating.
Try seeing if you run aircon if you can get that to flow cold to different areas and thus eliminate flap movement.
