Passenger Window doesn’t go up after closing

Hello,

I have a 2004 Z4 3.0i and a Carly.

I noticed that my driver window when opening automatically goes down a bit. When closing the door, it will go up and create a seal.

I noticed that for my passenger window this behavior does not occur, and the seal for the window is not fully shut.


How can I fix this?

Sit in the drivers seat with the doors closed and ignition on.
Press the down button for the passenger window. When it reaches the bottom press and release the button four times within ten seconds.
Select the window up and when it reaches the top select and release up four times in ten seconds.
This should reset the window
