Passenger window doesn't close properly

Hi to everyone,

I have a passenger window problem on my recently purchased 2004 Z4.
Passenger window (right window on mine since I'm not from the UK) doesn't go fully up.
I have tried resetting the window holding the button for 5s down and it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
Even if I successfully reset it, almost every time I put it down and back up the same problem appears.

Any advices on that? Here's the picture.

Hi, it’s a simple fix, under the door there is a black plastic cap. Pop it off and there is a 13mm nut. Loosen it and you can alter the angle of the glass to close the gap. Cheer Simon
