Passenger side window clunked then dropped?!

Put passenger window down earlier... Then I went to put window up when I got home and there was a loud clunk/bang and the glass fell a little. Managed to get window up and it sat lower at the rear edge but ive managed to pull it up so its sitting flush now at least and keeping the rain out!

Any ideas, window regulator wire thingy?
