Passenger seat adjustment (forward direction)

Hello, I’m new to this forum but I have read a few of these posts and gotten some good information. So here goes with my problem.
I have a Yaw sensor that is throwing an electrical fault. I have a replacement for, it however, I understand that the easiest way to replace that part is to remove the passenger seat. Therein lies my problem. My seat will not move forward. I have tried and tried and tried to get the seat to move forward to access the rear seat mounting bolts to no avail. Upon a little bit of investigation, after using the electric switch to attempt to move the seat forward, I reach under the seat to see if I can feel a reaction from the motor, and the motor is hot. That tells me the motor is bad. But I’m back to my dilemma of I need to take the seat out to fix both that and the Yaw sensor. Any ideas on how to get that seat out, would be greatly appreciated.

The yaw sensors under the drivers seat isn't it?

Edit: I suppose it depends if your car is left or right hand drive :D

I am in america with the left hand drive version. But yes if it was a right hand it would be under the driver haha.

As you can get your hand to it. Is there away you can disconnect the motor? Then the seat would move manually.

I can get my hand to it but the motor is connected by what I perceived as three screws, which I assume can only be torx screws, and there is a bar that gets in the way of the access to the motor from the front. I may go ahead and try to do that though. I’ll have to do that tomorrow after work.
