Passanger electric Seat doesn't recline !

Hi all,

just a quick one, if anyone else has had this...
I've just bought a second hand red leather interior, all supposed to be in fully working order, but the passenger recliner isn't reclining ! The motor is working fine, but it seems like the gear isn't engaging, and putting a pair of grips on the shaft and giving it a wiggle helps it to move the back once in a while to get the seat in to a better position.

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what's the damage to get it fixed ?

Oh god seems like an expensive fix if you can't find a seat that's being scraped ! Or fabricate one, wich looks like quite a task, but not impossible !
hmmmm i hate plastic gears :x
