recently had a parrot mki9200 professionally installed but have a couple of problems and the fitter is fobbing me off
the 1st issue is that when listening to the usb input I have to turn the volume down on the parrot and increase the volume on the hifi to to get an undistorted sound but randomly the volume increses for a couple of seconds then goes back to normal.
the other problem is with calls the volume level is ok if the call comes in when the usb input is being used but if I have the radio on the volume is very low so have to turn the volume up on the radio to hear but when the call ends the radio volume is very high the installer told me its because I have the hi fi professional system with an amp and there is no solution to it. Feels like he should have told me this before I had it fitted
