Panel below the stereo

I have the BMW professional radio with no idrive. While driving there is a really annoying click/rattle from the plastic blanking
panel below the stereo. Does anyone know how to remove the panel? I'm hoping if I remove it and spray some silicone lubricant on it the click might disappear.

Any help appreciated.
