Good evening Ladies & Gents

Just a quick question really the Z4 comes with a couple of traction systems similar to my current car, however is there a LSD option be it a mechanical system or a computer system to mimic one, the reason I ask is I can't really test the handling when I test drive. I don't plan to tear arse about everywhere however it's good to know the limits

There is a braking stability system to mimic an LSD but its crap. Far too slow and heavy handed.

A proper LSD is required for any e89 over 300 BHP IMHO and its aftermarket only for that such as Quaife.

I currently have XDS which sounds similar to what you are describing, mine works quite well and is very quick.

For me it's a worthwhile mod for any small rear wheel car by no means necessary however
