My daily is an X5 and I find the distinct difference in driving positions just adds to the fun when I get the z out!

I'm guessing with the Z4 you need the roof down the first few weeks so you don't smack the head :lol:

Z only been used a couple of times this year so she's properly out of wraps for a run down south for a christening tomorrow. Hardly used these days so can't wait!

October for mine - it's had a winter under two cotton king sized sheets and been connected to a maintenance battery charger .
It started first turn when I took it for its mot last week.

Yep tax mine today ready for the summer, I see the tax has gone up :x £162.25 for 6 months

It was £270 for the 3.0l for 12 months - that gives me the freedom to decide when it goes back under the sheets ! October can be a nice month and with all the global warming they go on about we can live in hope

Me too, also yesterday on April 01. Brought it home from storage location to my home garage so the Honda Civic now resides outside while the Z4 shares garage space with the Mazda MX-5 Miata which my wife thinks is hers. Managed to put a few kilometers on the Z yesterday but today while out in the Civic it SNOWED for a while such that one could hardly see to drive.

+ another broken out yesterday, un-SORNED, uncovered and disconnected ctek, fired up first time, a good 2hr run to get it hot and the CAT's clear then in for MOT (passed no advisories) and away we go for the summer. After the winter lay-up I'd forgotten what a cracking drive these are, it's like getting a new toy again!

I know what you mean. The Disco doesn't corner quite as well does it??

It feels akin to being stuck on the top of a flagpole when you go back the other way Ie into the Disco from the Zed!
