Ouch :-(

Ouch bad day out indeed!! Funnily enough I was following a red 997 (not a turbo) on Saturday and he had a bad morning. He gassed it out of a corner and I was watching from a distance willing him to catch it!! But he didn't and he hedged it  luckily for me my car is off the road and I was in my mums car! Other wise I might have followed him in!!!

Ouch indeed Darren- as a Porsche and Zed car man that must make particularly painful viewing, glad all occupants seemed OK.

Ouch indeed. Wonder if he would have ended up on the road below if the Porsche had not been there?

Those Datsuns are getting pretty rare these days. Porsches are 10 a penny!

How gutted would you be, slide off the road into a bloody VW beetle that someone had dumped

Wow with knobs on! That 240 looks sensational! What is the name of that colour?

I remember taking one in when I was at a Ford dealer back in the '80's and flogging it on for about £250

Thankyou  The colour code is 918 Orange, the Original colour, I bought my first one in 1983 for £1550, sold it for £1700 then bought it back for £2500, restored it and sold it for £6750, they're much more than that now :D my old ones below at The Autoglym interclub Concours which it won for 2 yrs running, loved that car and love the new one too

Very ouch!

Yours looks lovely Darren - the one at the NEC on Friday looked very similar to yours, but I don't think you were exhibiting this year or I would have come and said hello!

240Z must have been a previous generation Z4C.

No I wasn't exhibiting this year, the ones on the stand were rather special Samuri's a 240Z and 260Z , prepared by a guy called Spike Anderson in the 70's and 80's, Though there are a few turning up now purporting to be Genuine Samuri's as they're now worth close to £50K, big discussion on Zclub.net about which are and which aren't.

They should've been called Samurai but the sign writer spelt it wrong so they stuck with Samuri :D
