Just dilute it a lot more than the snow foam quantities, you will get a lot of use out of 1 bottle. In the past, I have used Auto Finesse Citrus Pre Wash but this is used neat and you need half the bottle for one wash!
Yeh the AF stuff seems quite expensive, considering it's not to be diluted.
The Advanced Neutral Snow Foam says it's not as strong as something like a traffic film remover. Using my powers of deduction that would suggest that the Citrus pre wash is a stronger "pre-wash cleaner" than the snow foam.
Would this agree with your experience, or did you find the snow foam better at remving grime etc.?

Finally got round to using ONR today and I am very impressed.
I was skeptical at first as it picks up a lot of dirt onto the mitt, so meant a lot of rinsing between passes, had to rinse the mitt 3 times on the drivers door towards the beginning of the wash. I was becoming slightly frutrated as the process was taking a long time.
That said as I went on, I started to trust the product a bit more and I'm pretty sure the "dirt" I was trying to wash off of the mitt was merely the ONR discolouring the mitt itself.
Overall it took me about 90 minutes, which is how long I normally spend, however I'm pretty sure I will be cleaning the Z in less than an hour after a few more washes.
No mess, and from what I can see no swirl marks from the wash itself. Because you dry each panel as you go, there aren't any watermarks, or drying issues at all. Love the convenience of the product. Overall I used approx. 13L of water for today's wash....very impressed. I'd normally get through approx. 50-55L.
ONR will definitely become part of my regular wash methods from now on. Even if I did revert to my trust Dodo Juic BTBM, I'll add an Oz of ONR to the bucket to add further lubricity. Great product, hassle free cleaning and a great find. Long Live ONR

I've been adding ONR to my wash bucket for a while now and it really helps with drying too. Better on a reasonably freshly waxed car but I get a lot fewer water marks. Definitely going to use ONR more on it's own during the summer when it's only really dust-and-flies dirty.

Used this for a 2nd time today, using a QD strength pre-spray, left to dwell for 20-30 seconds then taking the mitt to the panel, dirt just wiped off easily, the lower parts of the car (skirts, rear bumper etc), were quite dirty and only required 1 light pass, so no 2nd passes required.
Last week I used a slightly weaker pre-spray solution (clay lube rather than QD by mistake), which meant I needed a few 2nd passes on dirtier sections.
Seriously impressed with this stuff.

Had a nice little hoon first thing in the morning and cracked out the ONR around midday
I used a double sided lambswool mitt today instead a noodle mitt, really sped the process up, could do 2 panels between rinsing and de-gritting the mitt. That said, the lambswool mitt did create a bit more spillage than usual, but as you can see...it's hardly a lot.
EDIT: having looked at the pics, I may need to take the autosol to my back boxes ...

Yeh definitely getting used to it, getting a nice system going of dwelling with the pre-wash ONR solution, rinsing the mitt, wiping the section, drying the section and moving on.
Still not a lot quicker than my old way, but a much cleaner method and uses a lot less water which is a bonus. I also don't have to worry about one panel drying, with waterspots etc before I get a chance to rinse.
ONR gets a bit thumbs up from me and will be feauturing in my regular cleaning regime for a while to come yet

I have used ONR plenty of times over the summer between proper washes (VP citrus pre wash, bilt hamber auto foam and 2BM) and think its great. Although not sure I will continue to use it through the winter, mainly because of the excess dirt and salt, but also because I have run out!

Would love to compare an in-the-sun panel of your carbon black and compare it to my carbon black on the X5 and see the difference in swirl marks.
Let me try to compare against somebody who doesn't dry with distiller water first :wink:
Mine's pretty good with swirls, drying is the problem though, the actual washing itself doesn't appear to be the problem. If it is actually dirty I'll give it a citrus pre wash and rinse first, then go onto ONR thereafter.

a step up from showroom shine type waterless car washes, but still skeptical, but to be fair ,not tried it, i will get some and maybe taylor it to my satisfaction. maybe those days when the car is washed and waxed, you then drive it and it still looks mint but is actually covered in a fine layer of dust, a good time to try this product maybe. :|
