Optimal Spring Rate for the chassis?

Hello all, I currently am running Bilstein B12s on my s30i and I find myself bottoming out often and am looking for a stiffer ride. Looking at KW v1s or BC coilovers with custom valved dampers, do we know what a good spring rate for these cars are?

The spring rate will be specfic to the make and model of damper..I use Ohlins so not relevant..others maybe able to help?
