Opinion on price/anyone recognise the car? PL03UXR

Hi all, possibly looking at purchasing my first Z4.

Anyone have an opinion on what a fair offer would be?
Anyone recognise the car from the forum?

Perfect, thanks for that. No details on Cat D yet, that was going to be my next question ... has that happened since it was sold last year? Sent an email so hopefully hear back soon.
