Just back from hospital & it wasn't to visit my mum as has been usual lately.
I've had a dodgy mole which has been changing recently cut out. It was about an inch across but they soon got the better of it.
I was awake as they used a local anesthetic, was a bit surreal knowing I was being cut, but as I couldn't feel anything I was alright with it :thumbsup:
Stitches out in ten days or so.

It'll heal in no time. I guess you must keep it dry for a few weeks? I recommend from personal experience Limbo product. Make showering a bathing much easier. An excellent family run comapny with superbly simple product.
 
Was it given the all clear or do you have to wait for a sample to be analysed.Looks an awkward spot just behind the knee.Get well soon

Got to wait 4-6 weeks for the results, got my fingers crossed as my sister had similar a year or so back & it came back as a melanoma-they told her if she waited any longer she would have been toast :o

As it is not a sun exposed location, you certainly did the best thing to get rid now.

Just as a side note - when ill as a child, you were always allowed to chose something to make you feel better.

Better get a fresh supply of magazines to start buying :D
 
It's usually best to get things like that removed - you never know.

Hope it doesn't give you too much grief while it heals. :thumbsup:
