Open the soft top while driving

I think there will be a much easy way to cancel the soft top protection such us some software settings by dealer.("smart top" is redundant IMO)
I have seen a porsche open the soft top in the road but z4 must be pull over.

If you get a gaptech module, you can just briefly stop, traffic lights or junction, press the button for a second, then keep driving slowly until its up or down.

They are pretty easy to fit.

I still think it is so sexy when you open/close the hoop under 40 miles per hour.That is real sport! (It is too crowded in road of Beijing that it is real troublesome to pull over in 95% driving times)
 
The roof was never designed to be opened while driving. To do so it would need much heavier framework.

I fitted a module that allows you to touch the button once when stopped and it opens or closes. You can press this at any junction, lights etc. and in 10 seconds while still driving away it's sorted.
