Oops... illuminated shift knob

After a bit of manhandling to get the gearknob off to fit my LeatherZ gaiter, it no longer lights up (had to wait until it was dark to check). The connector is back together, but no joy. Seems unlikely that it runs off its own fuse, but everything else seems to be lit up OK. Any idea of which fuse to check?

Don't know for sure, but I doubt if it's a separate fuse...
Did the wires get tugged when removing?

I wondered that, since it did require a fair bit of effort to remove. Ill take a proper look next weekend. I've managed the first 17 years of my driving career without an illuminated shift knob, so it's not critical but it would be nice to have it working again.
