Never heard of a "compliance notice" think you may of invented that one!
It was issued as part of the warning, a little one from my days @ McD's, basically it's a reiteration of company policies on things such as cash handling, stock control etc and both the manager and staff member sign it as agreeing to abide by them.

But did you actually issue her with these polices or procedures on the commencement of her employment? Most small business dont have such things.

Maybe I should change mine to "DucklakeviewONLYaLOWLY3.0i") McDonalds (salaried) management are quite sought after within the industry, as the training they have had is really, rather good. It has certainly helped me with my business. Anyway, as has been said, done and dealt with, now I really must get on with finding a location for another shop

I can see the tears from here, classic David Brent syndrome. Runs a corner shop up from the salting the fries now thinks he is Andy Higginson :lol:

Not really, none of our shops are on corners, and I rarely add salt to any of my food, in the same way that you rarely add anything useful with your posts, judging by what I have seen. No idea who Andy Higginson is either.

Not really, none of our shops are on corners, and I rarely add salt to any of my food, in the same way that you rarely add anything useful with your posts, judging by what I have seen. No idea who Andy Higginson is either.
