One For the Mods - User Locked Out

Mr Whippy has asked me to post saying his account is locked out:

Do you mind posting on the Z4 forum for me? My account is locked out or something. I can't log on, and when I ask it to reset my password I don't get an email. I emailed admin over a week ago but no response yet.

Last time this happened I created Mr Tempy account using another email account, but alas, I'd forgotten the password to the Mr Tempy account, and I couldn't get a new password for that one either

I think there is a problem with password retrieval/renewal generally?

Hehe, not been away that long, but it's funny when you see a thread you want to comment on and then suddenly you realise the account is still locked out... doh!
