IF (and it's a big if that I can't see ever happening) the Z4-Forum.com was taken down, wouldn't we all be back within the week on a new but 'coincidentally' very similar looking forum?

Would you be taking the penalty as the site owner, building the new site, hosting, managing and moderating it?

I freely admit have absolutely no idea how much work is involved in setting up and running a site like this. I simply hit keys on my laptop and as far I'm concerned - magic then happens!

What I certainly didn't mean was that it was easy, rather that the sheer willpower of this forum and its members (shall we recall crowdfunding bradhmarsh?!) meant anything would be possible Trust me, I very much appreciate how well run and moderated this forum is and a donation from me is long overdue

you restore a backup to new hosting with the same people it's not /really/ a big deal if it's well setup (of which i've no idea as it's not my site/server)

(and before anyone jumps down my throat i run a fairly large football forum which has had server migrations in the past and gets legal threats quite often)
