On Ebay - New Z4M MFSW £385 Delivered (inc retrofit loom)

Hi all,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I thought I would share this with you all as I know these steering wheels are sought after. After browsing Ebay.de I came across this listing for a brand new Z4M multifunction steering wheel http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350505436...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1700wt_1185

This listing is for the standard sport steering wheel without the tri-coloured stitching. I prefer the black stitching, but if you do want the tri-coloured stitching they are also available from here for slightly more money.

I ordered one on Monday evening and according to the UPS tracking system it is currently out on the van for delivery today (I will upload some pictures of it when it has been delivered).

This costs £385 including delivery and the retrofit wiring loom. I think is a good price as I have seen second hand ones fetch around £300 on this forum and Ebay. Coopers BMW want £636 inc VAT! I used google translator to liaise with the seller and this worked pretty well. The seller is very helpful, they despatch very quickly and they have very good feedback!

Yeah, its been on my watch list for 2 months now!! Still couldnt stomach the best part of £400 though, so I got a second hand non M buttony wheel for £130. Got it plumbed in and its schweeet.

Bit annoyed as I missed out on a second hand one on ebay on Sunday. It was mine at £86 until 2 seconds to go - still only went for £119 ish to the only other bidder (without the loom / airbag etc.)
Didn't realise they went for this much - would have put in a higher bid.

My Ebay must be broken as I have been searching for M steering wheels for ages and I have only seen one for sale recently, that is up for £275 and it isn't in very good condition.

What it definitely an M wheel mate?

Not sure if that link will work but it's a MFSW from a Z4M - emailled the seller and he seemed a decent chap - offered me a viewing to check for wear.

I found it be searching on the Manufacturer Part Number: 32307836820

I'd really have liked an M wheel without buttons, as wifey's SE Coupe doesn't have the wiring in place, but not sure if they even did those.

Nah, the one I got was a non M one. Sorry I missed the one listed above, as it would have been real nice...

Just seen it. you are right, i missed it as I used Z4 in my search. I am gutted I did miss it, that really was a bargain!

Don`t forget the German auction is in Euro, works out about £340- but it does say for retro cable an extra £16 (aprox Euro-20)
It helps to speak the lingo

I have always found great stuff on (ebaY.de)...searching for anything for the Z4 on ebay over here is so lame, don`t you think?
I remember my recent 120D there was always something to ponder over.
