Nipped down to york yesterday to pick up 4 rims I blagged for my jeep ... coming back on the M74 past junction 16, had to stop for an accident ..... I was about 400 mts back.
within a very short while there were about 20 emergency vehicles there and traffic in both directions was stopped.
Then a medical chopper came in and landed and Im thinking this must be pretty serious, then another chopper came in and landed.
2 hrs later the chopperes took off and things started getting cleared away, 2 1/2" hours and we were moving again.
A black Range Rover had driven at full chat into the central bridge support in the middle of the central reservation .... it was a mess.
Must have taken them all that time to cut them out ......
As far as I know they survived .......
