Well, cleaned the car Friday, back to being dirty again Saturday!! :x :|

Did a bit of R & R (Rightfoot Research!!) Saturday. Go well these Z4's don't they!! :driving: :evil:

Had to happen but not just after a week!!! :|

Someone has bumped my car!! :x

Only a small one, but it stands out a mile to me as it's new!!

Looks like someone has reversed into my front bumper! It was in a car park of a leisure centre all day Sunday (parked miles away from most cars as well!). Probably only just touched it, but it's put a small flat on the bumper on the centre strip at the front (the section between the kidney grills). It's sort of put a line of crazed paint (only about 3 mm wide). I tried polishing it out but it's in the paint, not the top coat!!

Don't know weather to get anal about it and get ChipsAway guys to look at it! I know in a week or so I won't even notice it, but it stands out a mile at the moment!! :cry:
 
Sorry to here that i hate car parks hope you get it sorted.

The car looks great and as said above superb interior :thumbsup:

Well, Chips Away guys looked at the car and said he can sort it no problem, £80, but if he was honest he can hardly see it! He said it's easy to get panicky about small dents and chips on a new car. His advice.......... enjoy the car and call him when the stone chips start appearing after 12 months!

Quite impressed with his attitude to be honest and it made sense! No sun today so you can hardly see the mark! Think I will leave it as it's annoying but probably not £80 worth of annoying! :wink:
 
Anyway had a chance to upgrade last week and I took it!

When I first read that, I thought you were saying you were "upgrading" to a montego... as in the Austin :rofl: I was relieved to finish the sentence! Congrats on the purchase - the coupe looks great in that colour IMO
