Oil Filter

Looking for some help, I’ve serviced my E85 Z4 3 times now every time with no issues.

This time I can’t seem to find the right oil filter. The oil filter needs the plastic rim with the plastic teeth which slot into the oil filter cap. Every filter I’ve ordered is just the filter with no plastic part on the top and bottom of the filter. Been to Euro Car Parts and looked at every filter they recommend - none of them have the plastic teeth.

Anyone know anywhere I can source an oil filter from?

Which engine? Can't say I remember seeing one with teeth

Which engine ? If M54, then I have used the last few years without any issues Champion COF100504E. Search for that part number as it is common

M54 engine.

Picture of oil filter attached. Unless that plastic bit comes off and goes on the new filter? Been a year since I serviced it, may have forgotten.
