OEM Nav head unit part number / compatible with similar fitted to other BMWs?

I'd like to replace the aftermarket head unit in my MR with an OEM unit. I have the nav screen and the DVD unit is intact.

I've seen various different part numbers for units that look identical. Specifically, would 6152 9132254 02 work? I believe originally fitted to an E83 X3.

And would the install be plug and play i.e. I'll be able to access functions with no coding needed?

I fitted an E83 X3 unit to my nav equipped E85 - plug and play, no coding required. Mine was a 2003, so this was a cheap way to get mp3 compatibility as the Z4 units sell for more.
