Odd noise from somewhere on passenger side

I have a really odd noise comming from somewhere on the passenger side of the car. I can hear it at most speeds and on all road types smooth or rough. The best way to describe the sound is it sounds like the noise a pigeon makes. Its nothing major just a bit unusual. I thought it was wind noise but it does it at low and high speeds with the same pitch. :headbang:

Sounds like what I have. Almost sounds like a seal isn't quite right. From what I've read, it seems like it may be the fuel pump.

I am not sure its the fuel pump as it seems to be comming from somehwhere between the mid and rear of the car.
