Number Plate History

Hi guys just looking for some help ?
I am trying to find out when my number plate was first registered and to what vehicle ?
The number plate is 64BT and I have found so far that BT registrations were issued in Yorkshire from December 1903 - August 1926 and then again from January 1960.
after that I am struggling can anyone help ?

The only places I can suggest are the DVLA or the or the motor heritage centre at Gaydon.
