Number plate bulb replacement

Just replacing the number plate bulbs on my e85 and on removal the retaining clip on on of the fittings has been bent out of shape and is refusing to go back. Is it possible to buy just this clip or is it a trip to the stealers. Has anybody else had similar problems Help please

Just re-bend it back into shape. They always go a bit out of shape upon removal but you can just bend it back how they should be.

tried bending it but its snapped off Any ideas

I'd suggest doing the OE LED upgrade:

LED numberplate units: 63267193294
Connectors: 61138365340

Carefully unclip and remove the existing connectors (not cut, no need with thought an patience) then slide the metal pins into the new ones.
