Now Zedless

Regretfully I have P/X'd my Z4 and bought a Series 1. Only reason for the change is the difficulty that me and other half have getting in and out. It's been fine accessing it with the roof down but now the weather's changed and the hood is up I need to be a bit like Houdini.
This is the Series 1, a black 3 door hatchback, petrol, manual, beige boston leather and non-run flats with the BMW mobility kit, access is easier and the extra seats will come in handy for the grandkids.

There are a few bits and pieces left over from the Z which I'll post separately, from memory they are the original chrome/black kidney grills, grey carpets, unused Toledo Blue rattle can, grey hood covers and maybe some other stuff all of which will be priced very cheaply for Forum members only.

That's a tough decision you had to make, although I guess you didn't have much of a choice :(
Nice 1 series

Dibs on the hood covers and sorry to hear you've called it a day with your zed my good man!

Hi Chris_D, noted your interest, I thought as they are a bit of a controversial item (to some) I let them go for what they cost under the bulk buy last year, and ask the buyer to donate £20.00 to the Forum - sound reasonable?

I'm interested in the grills, how much do you want for them, Mike?
I was thinking about £20.00 posted, they are in the box I bought the all chrome ones in and look to be in good condition.

Hi Mr Markeg,
Paypal gift option is fine by me, I'll PM my email address and get them posted tomorrow if you let me know where to.
Thanks

My bad, thought this was a roof cover (covering whole roof) and not side covers.
Pm'd to advise seller of misunderstanding and my withdrawal of interest.
I'm sure someone will snap these up however!

BMW Canada had them brand new with the storage bag for $160 CDN plus tax last week. 100 pounds would be about the same, but these are not new.

These babies are worth well over £100
Can't quite justify the outlay on a couple of pieces of plastic.
Understand theyre valuable to some but for me they would just be a bit of pointless faff. I'd prob forget to put them in when dropping the roof, and if i did remember to put them in i'd prob forget to take them off before raising the roof again

That pretty much sums it up
But when they're on they do look good :)
