Whilst I have my ultimate 3 car garage, I also have a 3 car garage that I harbour genuine ambitions of one day achieving:
Z4M Coupé (check)
E30 M3 Evo II
E46 M3 CSL
Much has been made recently of the fact that Z4MC prices appear to be bottoming out and possibly even slightly increasing. However, both the E30 M3 and E46 CSL are rising much quicker. 6 months ago CSLs could be had for around the £25-28k mark for 50-70k mileage, however, at the moment they look be £29-34k.
The E30 M3 is the same, a year ago (video posted Jan 2013, may be slightly older, but a '12' reg E90 M3 there, so no more than 2 years old) a 1990 E30 M3 was advertised by Munich Legends at £23k.

Anyway, what do people think, are values for the CSL and E30 only going one way, or is it a bit of a bubble? I need to step up my savings rate!!
