It's really too bad that they will not be available in the USA, getting one repaired while on a trip may be a big problem for these models. Parts won't be available for the repairs, trained techs won't be available etc., also there will be no "cheaper " parts available from the dealerships, without competition we will be held for ransom up here. I saved up to 30% on the little extras I have purchased in the US for my M3 and my Z4.
