During these days of isolation, spotted this on PH and thought people might enjoy the read.

That’s certainly one mad project, but congratulations to him for getting that lump fitted and running

This build was mentioned a couple of weeks ago when somebody mentioned about an LS swap.

Wish I had time, space and knowledge to have a go with something like this.

A completely pointless and ridiculous use of time and resources. It's probably horrible to drive but you have to love it

Me too but I wouldn’t know where to start but definitely hats off to him

Also mentioned a few weeks ago, in a different thread I think. But how good does the colour of Nadaclue’s Zed look :o if you’d verbally described that I’d have said NO but seeing it I think that’s a fantastic looking Zed :driving:

I love builds like this, especially when people ask why!
The answer is always why not!
The fact people try and succeed is what car passion is all about.

A good test to how some people have mega patience. In the distant past I fitted a chamber head 1300 Ford crossflow mated to Hewland gearbox in a Hillman Imp.The car was used in Autograss racing.

Is that 'Urban Green'? I've seen it on a few USA Zeds, or something similar. Not something I'd consider..... :|

Love this!!
Clearly this gent knows his onions. I imagine the phase 2 mods will be done with as much dedication.
This makes me want a spare zed, a V8 and far more skill lol

Urban green, YA04, further article says only 30 ordered worldwide http://www.grouchyoldcripple.com/archives/005661.html

As I said I’m with you and not something I’d consider If someone suggested it to me but seeing that specific one, Style/colour of wheels, colour of roll hoops, colour of dash trim, all just goes together very well together and membership of a very exclusive Zed club  the one in the further article is
