nos?

i know alot of you may not be big fans of nos and may thinks its a cheat but i dont have lots of money but wanna go faster and i just dont have the money for the ess supercharger! so does anyone know anything about nos in a z4? has anyone done it? is a 100 shot to much? am i putting my engine in danger? i know i will have to get it tuned but im just curious if anyone has any info or imput on the subjuct! thanks guys!

No NAAWWWZZZ please no NAAAAWWWZZZZZ... Danger depends on if you're going with a wet kit or dry. Actually, any kind of NAAWWWZZZ will deteriorate your engine faster. But I will not devluge any more and just say...

No NAAAAAWWWWZZZZZ!

Make sure you rivent the passenger floor tightly and check your manifold for any impending 'danger' if you install NAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWZZZZZZZZZZZZZZSSSS.

You also need two of the big ones   :driving: :fuelfire:

a 50 to 75 wet shot is well tolerated by the M54 engine. all you need is a kit that'll support the electronic throttle in our cars.

I agree.

Remember, any performance mod you make to increase power is "technically" reducing the lifespan of the engine since you are now producing power outside of the designed limits of the motor. However, most manufacturers detune the engines for production so that when the owners adds more power the engine still last a long time. NOS is great for racing, especially for "cash" since your earnings can be used for repairing any damage sustained by the engine, but for spirited driving especially on curvy roads NOS can be a handful. Using a supercharger or turbo is going to give you the same consistent power within a certain power band, using NOS can vary depending of how much, the tempurature of the engine, outside tempurature, and the duration. Its ideal for straight line racing, but i dont think its ideal for driving the Z4 :o

well if i do decide to use any i would use the one to hurt my motor least and it would not be and everyday thing just a weekend end here and there to shut the mustangs up thats all!! keep the imputs coming!
