None M sports rear bumper

Has any body done any tweaks to a standard Sdrive rear bumper ( none m sports )? I’m not interested in fitting a m bumper as I don’t like them so I was wondering if there’s any options for changing the look of the standard bumper.

I have the standard bumper, its just one single piece, so unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to alter its appearance.

The msport bumper has the option of changing the diffuser which can alter its appearance substantially.
