Non-locking petrol cap!!

Again, I need some advice!

The petrol "flap" does not lock on my Z4, and the inner screw cap doesn't lock either!
I not sure that Im keen on this and I would like to know if it is possible to buy and fit some sort of inner locking screw cap??

The inner cap does not lock it's merely a cap on the tank inlet. The outer flap locks only when you lock the car, check this first if not then there is a problem with lock that secures the flap.
