John, like I mentioned earlier, you just have to try. Educate yourself on what the problem is and gather as much information on it as you can, take it to them in a folder and politely insist that that problem be fixed. Give them that folder and tell them you want to help them fix the problem, and hand them your research. There's nothing worse then going into a dealership 'blind' about a problem you may be having. It's unfortuate, and they're not all that way, but you must do everything you can to exercise that warranty!
