Noise from fuse 24

Hi,
I've been pulling fuses on my 04 E85, trying to diagnose a battery draw issue. When push fuse 24 back in I get a strange rattling noise from the drivers side. The noise lasts for about 10 seconds then nothing. My multi meter shows a 0.5 amp draw while the noise is sounding but then drops back down

I was wondering if this is normal or is a problem worth investigating?

ABS pump doing an initialisation? 0.5 A on a 5 A fuse wouldn't concern me.
