i don't know why every time i send an e mail to a company they don't reply !!! why is that don't they want any customers ?!!

i e mailed ESS and VF no body replied me !! e mailed all the addresses they have and still nothing !!
 
Tell me about it!! I am having the same problems trying to get affiliates aet up... surprisingly it's the UK ones that have actually replied!
 
That's pretty common in the aftermarket industry. If you have a question about a product you should call them.
 
Yea, but then you have to go through 18 different fucking prompts only to be put on hold anyway, then when you finally get a human being, they ask you the same damn questions again!

Don't phone helpline.

Always phone the Sales Department as you always get answered within seconds.

Works with BT, NTL and Insurance companies anyway.
 
Recently I selected and purchased a time clock system for our company. I had 4 vendors beating down my door for our business. I call the support lines for each of the companies to see how quick I got to a living breathing individual that spoke English. The results of this seriously impacted my decision as to the purchase and made it easy to tell the other vendor why they were not successful.... 8)
 
WLH, I would've loved to have been there to see the expression on their faces! God, I HATE those prompt things :thumbsdown:
 
Somebody actually makes a living installing those things. :oops: Are there actually companies our there that still answer the phone when it rings? Send me their information. :rofl:

dial 1 for english
dial 2 en espaniol
dial 3 for ebonics homes
dial 4 for some weird arse english
