No longer wanted. Z4 Coupe 3.0 Manual

No longer looking as I collected a car on Sunday.

07 Z4C Sport.

The log book says it is grey. It has heated red leather and is pretty much standard which is what I wanted. It came with loads of invoices for work carried out and drives absolutely lovely.

The head unit has been replaced with a fold out Pioneer unit but I do have the original. I'm not sure on keeping the fold out unit as it doesn't have Apple CarPlay and to me that would be a benefit.

A near 200 mile trip home and the displayed average MPG was just over 40mpg although once I got home and took my friends and family out I think it would have dropped a bit.

One strange thing is that it doesn't have front fog lights. Any thoughts?

Also how do I post images on here? Do I need a hosting site that I link to?

Many congratulations and welcome to Coupe ownership. I don’t think mine has ever seen 40mpg.

I thought the fog lights were standard but they may not have been. Because they have a habit of fogging up and corroding internally, some people delete them and replace with blanking plates (an OEM part), which is maybe where yours have gone. Very easy to reverse / retrofit for about £150, assuming you have the controls fitted.

Thanks for that. It has buttons for both front and rear fogs so I need to do some investigating!

It looks like your car is Silver Grey - very nice!

If the front foglights have been removed I'd be inclined to leave it that way! Having had 2 it seems all they do is fill with condensation that eventually causes the reflectors to deteriorate.
